As an organization, Omega Phi Alpha views leadership as a quality that can be held by any member. Every member of Omega Phi Alpha has a leadership role to play in our organization, even those who never hold an elected or appointed office.
Omega Phi Alpha emphasizes strong leadership skills such as planning, communicating, delegating, motivating, time management, conflict resolution, and negotiating. Omega Phi Alpha does recognize; however, that leadership is not something you can just learn from completing a workshop or training – it must be learned by doing.
